Promotion in Japan and Korea
A media and PR campaign is launched for each business mission to raise awareness among target audiences and includes the following:
- EU Gateway Programme mission catalogue: A catalogue in Japanese/Korean detailing all the companies participating in the mission. The catalogue will be distributed at the Exhibition days and Reception. Each participating company will have one page with: Company contact detail, Photograph of the main company representatives, 2 pictures of the products the company wishes to introduce, Short description of features of the company’s products/ technologies
- Business Profile: A Japanese/Korean translation of your business profile will be uploaded on the EU Gateway Japanese/Korean website two weeks before the start of the mission week.
Public relations support: An intensive PR Programme is implemented in Japan /Korea
- Website in Japanese/Korean where local business people can learn more about the programme, the EU companies and register for the business Exhibition days
- Press releases detailing the Mission visit distributed to targeted media
- Targeted media interviews set-up for key European Union representative(s) and individual companies where requested by the Japanese/Korean media
- Direct mail of invitations to industry representatives, trade associations, media
