Software and hardware related to the functioning of information processing, communication by electronic means, transmission, monitoring and control of data or processing; equipment for detection, measuring, checking or controlling physical phenomena or process. Innovative products in e-learning and services hosting.
Excludes:
- Service companies in the IT sector (e.g.: documentation or translation services for manuals, brochures, websites or software; developers or producers of gadgets, low-tech games or gambling devices)
- Products which do not have a technological component
- Business consultants
